Messages are transactional and informational in nature.
How It Works: This SMS program is operated by JC Dropshipping LLC for the purpose of communicating with prospective and active contractor partners who have submitted our partnership inquiry form at bidlead.io/partners and provided express written consent via a required, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox.

Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by you to bidlead in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bidlead from any claims arising out of your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
We may update these Terms; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
